Fotolia makes every effort to cater to the needs of large corporations, small business, and government agencies. The following information will help you add Fotolia as a vendor within your organization. In addition we have outlined our other corporate services: payments via invoice and wire transfer, the Fotolia sub account system, and the Fotolia integration into your company intranet. Fotolia is an American company registered in the state of Delaware.

For that reason, no VAT is collected or required. So, don't be surprised if you do not find VAT on your invoice (available if you click the "My Credits" in your Fotolia account ).

Fotolia does allow companies and government agencies to pay via invoice and wire transfer. Please note this form of payment is only for amounts greater than 300 credits ($300) and can only be placed by contacting a member of the Fotolia staff.

Before sending your request, please verify your profile to make sure:

• that the account has been created in the name of the company
• that the email registered is a professional email (not @hotmail.com)
• that the address of the company has been properly filled out
• that you have confirmed your account (link in the confirmation mail)

When everything is correct and in order, you may contact us by phone (718-577-1321) or mail. (enterprise@fotolia.com)

Don't forget to indicate your Login name and the number of credits you need when contacting us (minimum 300 credits)

As soon as we receive your order we will add credits to your Fotolia account and send you a confirmation email for this transaction. In this email, you will find payment information and link to your invoice (available if you click the "My Credits" tab in your Fotolia account).

You will have 30 days to send us your payment.

For companies that would like to have a main account for credit payments (art buyer) and several accounts for downloads (designers), we have created the Fotolia Sub Account System.

This useful tool allows you to use only one account for your credits purchases (main account) then, transfer those credits to your designers accounts (sub accounts) as needed. To activate this function, simply click on "Transfer credits" on your "My Credits" page in your account. It's really that simple!

As the administrator of the account you will have access to a control panel which will allow you to follow all transactions made by your designers and to control all images purchased.

This is a useful solution for big companies with a centralized purchasing department

The Fotolia API provides a lot of opportunities for companies with technology expertise. Among other things the Fotolia API can be used to integrate many of the functionality of the Fotolia website directly into your Intranet and applications thus making it easier for you to search and download images..
